2025 BIA Annual General Meeting

Join the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Southside Community Church (200 Main St. E.) for our AGM.

What is an AGM?

A yearly meeting where business owners and members of the public have the opportunity to provide input and ask questions. The annual meeting is used to highlight the BIA’s activities and performance in the past year – learn about our plans for 2026, what we focused on in 2025, and new initiatives.

Agenda:
6:00 pm – 6:45 pm: Networking, complimentary food from The WORKS, plus alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
6:45 pm – 7:15 pm: Open forum to address your concerns.
7:15 pm – 8:00 pm: Civic Precinct and 2026 Patio Program, Presented by Andy Scott – Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives, Town of Milton.
8:00 pm – 8:30 pm: Annual General Meeting.
8:30 pm – Meeting concludes.
