Vendor Call: Downtown Milton SummerFest
Saturday, June 6, 2026 • 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
We are seeking a diverse group of local vendors to showcase unique, creative, and high-quality products and services at Downtown Milton SummerFest. Vendor approvals will be issued on a rolling basis, so we encourage early applications.

Event Overview
Downtown Milton SummerFest is hosted by the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area (DMBIA) and will take place along Main St. and its side streets. The event will feature live music and entertainment, vendors, kids’ activities and more family-friendly fun!
Vendors will be located throughout Downtown Milton, alongside local businesses.
Key Dates
- Application deadline: Monday, March 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
- Notification of acceptance: Vendors will be notified on or before Monday, March 30, 2026
- Final requirements due: Fees, insurance and waivers due Friday, April 24, 2026
Event Hours & Setup
- Event runs 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Vendors must remain on-site until 8:00 p.m.
- Early departure may impact future participation
- No vehicles permitted on the street until the event has closed and all attendees have cleared
Booth & Display
- Displays must be family-friendly, interactive, and engaging
- Exclusivity within product categories cannot be guaranteed
- Vendors must provide their own equipment: tents, weights, tables, chairs, etc.
- Tent weights (minimum 20 lbs per leg) are mandatory
Food Vendors
- Once accepted, food vendors must submit their own application to the Halton Region Health Department: https://www.halton.ca/For-Business/Food-Safety-for-Business/Requirements-for-Food-Vendors
Electricity
- Limited hydro is available for light usage only
- Rates: $50–$75, depending on usage
- Vendors requiring heavier power must supply a silent generator
- All food trucks are required to have their own generator
Weather & Liability
- SummerFest runs rain or shine. Please review the cancellation policy below
- The DMBIA and the Town of Milton are not responsible for any loss or damages
Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable.
If Downtown Milton SummerFest must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the DMBIA and the Town of Milton (including acts of God, government decree, fire, severe weather, natural disaster or ordinances from legal authorities), no refunds will be issued. A credit will be applied to the next event.
