Entertainer Applications: Downtown Milton SummerFest
Saturday, June 6, 2026 • 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
We are seeking a wide range of lively, engaging, and talented performers for Downtown Milton SummerFest. Performances are typically 45 minutes in length, with 15 minutes scheduled between sets for changeover.
Event Overview
Downtown Milton SummerFest is hosted by the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area (DMBIA) and will take place along Main St. The event will feature live music and entertainment, vendors, kids’ activities, and more family-friendly fun throughout the day.
Performer Requirements & Conditions
By submitting an application, performers agree to the following:
Performance & Conduct

All acts must be appropriate for a general family audience

Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times

No high-risk or unsafe elements (including fire, knives, weapons, or dangerous props)

Safety and comfort of the public must never be compromised

Drunken or lewd behaviour will not be tolerated
Insurance

Performers must provide proof of $5 million liability insurance by Friday, April 24, 2026

If needed, performers may purchase insurance through the DMBIA for $65.00
Sponsorship

The event will receive sponsorship from approved partners

Performers may not solicit their own sponsorship related to SummerFest
Payment

Payment details will be provided upon approval

Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in non-payment
