There are some exciting things happening in Downtown Milton! A Hallmark movie titled Christmas With a Kiss is being filmed in Downtown Milton.

According to an Entertainment Weekly article, the film will be premiering on December 3rd at 8:00 p.m. on the Hallmark Channel. The film stars Mishael Morgan, Ronnie Rowe Jr., and Jaime M. Callica. Christmas With a Kiss is about a woman who comes home to help out with her family’s Christmas Carnival where a romance ignites.

The prep work has begun and parts of Downtown Milton are looking like a winter wonderland. Take a look at some downtown businesses decked out for filming.

The filming will take place along Main Street between Martin Street and James Street. Main Street will remain open. There will be intermittent traffic stoppages under supervision by Halton Regional Police but not between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. or between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The small parking lot between Knox Church and Chudleigh Blossom Café is going to be closed and dressed as a Christmas Market.

The majority of their vehicles will be parked at the Milton Fair Grounds with some vehicles parked in the Municipal Lot opposite Town Hall.  During the filming, there will be a few vehicles parked on Main Street between James Street and Martin Street.

Filming Timeline

Wednesday, October 4 and Thursday, October 5: Prep Work will be taking place from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Friday, October 6  and Thursday, October 12: Filming on Main Street between Martin Street and James Street will be taking place from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.

Tuesday, October 10 and Wednesday, October 11: Filming at 174 Main Street East will take place between 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.

Friday, October 13: Wrap-up will be taking place between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
