Join Chef Serdjo and his team for an intimate, hands on sourdough workshop. Learn the science of fermentation, build your own dough and master shaping and scoring techniques. Participants will take home a loaf of artisan sourdough, live starter and detailed instructions on how to recreate your own fresh baked sourdough from your own kitchen. Seating is limited.
