Thank you to everyone who attended Downtown Milton SummerFest presented by BMO Financial Group! The event brought thousands of people together and was a great way to start the summer. The BMO Stage featured an incredible lineup of artists and bands that had visitors entertained and singing along all day. Artists and Bands included: Three Legged Barstool, 16 Miles Out, The 2 Dollar Bills, Los Chukos, Alessia Cohle, The Classy Wrecks, AUX Band and headliner, ACROBAT – The U2 Tribute.
The Milton Strong Performance Area supported by Lajy Welding had a variety of great local bands and performers that all put on a great show all day long. Performers included: Rick Imus Music Studio, Finnegan School of Irish Dance, House of Chords, Diana and Justin Tesser, Urban Cowboy Line dancing, Sit Stay Obey and finally, The Decent Blokes.
The Vendor Marketplace sponsored by Scotiabank had a variety of unique vendors offering great food, clothing, accessories, gifts and much more.
MTB Transit Solutions made it easier than ever for visitors to get to and from Downtown Milton. Their support made it possible for all Milton Transit rides to be free and for services to be extended during SummerFest!
Attractions including the kid’s Fun Zone, Food Truck Zone, Artist Meet and Greet, Patios, 360 Photo Booth and more were amazing additions to the day! These fun activities were possible due to the support from local vendors and businesses.
