Shawarma Alley Brings the Magic of Shawarma Pizza to Downtown Milton
Meet the newest addition to Milton’s food scene, Shawarma Alley. Shawarma Alley is a place where tradition meets innovation and shawarma meets pizza! Yes, shawarma pizza!
This exciting fusion spot is located at 295 Main Street East. The Milton location is the latest addition to the Shawarma Alley family, following the success of its original location in Georgetown and a second branch in Guelph.
Shawarma Alley believes that “food can bring people together and it breaks many barriers that society has created today.”
Founder Zishan Ashraf was raised in the UAE and developed a love for shawarma and Mediterranean cuisine. Co-founder Hifza Humayun was born in Pakistan but was raised in Canada where she found a love for pizza. The pair embarked on their culinary journey when they married in 2014 and worked towards opening a restaurant. They decided to combine their love for the two cuisines and create what is now known as Shawarma Alley.
The menu includes shawarma pizza, shawarma wraps, shawarma poutine, chicken wings and more!
What sets Shawarma Alley apart is its distinct take on the fusion of these culinary traditions, making it unlike other shawarma spots around. Make sure to visit them and welcome them to Downtown Milton.
