Each participant will receive a booklet with all the information, as well as a chakra healing crystal set.
A 1 hour lunch break will be provided half way through the day. Lunch is not provided but you can bring your own, or enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants.
Because we are working with energy, it’s advisable that you dress in layers for comfort.
