The Downtown Milton BIA invites you to celebrate the holidays in Downtown Milton on Saturday, December 7, 2019. We’ve got crafts, games, photo ops plus seasonal specials and decorations, not to mention a pop-up market and the Jolly old man himself! Holiday Fest will take place on Main Street between Martin Street and Brown Street from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Start your visit at a Welcome Centre
Stop by our welcome centres at Martin and James St. on your way in for Christmas- themed kids activities, a layout of the festival and information on the Elf Scavenger Hunt.
Visit with Santa
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, right beside Knox Church Santa will be waiting to hear all those Christmas lists. Come on over between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.!
Elf on the Shelf Scavenger Hunt
Some of Santa’s elves have gone missing and have been spotted shopping in Downtown Milton. Visit the shops in Downtown Milton and spot one of the elves and record it on your card. You’ll get one entry into a draw for each elf that you find. Drop off your cards at one of the Welcome Centres for a chance to win a $150 Gift Card to Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada.

Winterhawks Hospice Hockey Tournament
Grab your sticks and celebrate the holidays, Canadian-style, with an outdoor game of ball hockey. The Milton Winterhawks will be raising funds for the Townsend-Smith Foundation and the Milton Minor Novice Blue Team.

Rob Hewlett (aka Rockin Rob) – Local Milton DJ Rob Hewlett will be playing your holiday favourites throughout the day to put us all in the holiday mood to shop and be merry. (throughout the event)
Rick Imus Music Studio – The Rick Imus Music Studio, established in 1992, is one of the leading music studios in Milton. Their students will be playing Christmas classics throughout the day to spread good cheer. Two stages (at the Ivy and at James Street – various performance times during the event)
Milton Choristers (2 pm) and Milton Youth Theatre Productions (3 pm) will be singing Christmas Carols in front of Knox Church throughout the day. So stop by, unwind a few minutes and enjoy the holiday spirit through the carols.
Storytime with MP Adam van Koeverden. Join us for a special reading of “The Night Before Christmas” in front of Knox Church at 4 pm.
Family Photo Challenge
