Join Melanie as she guides you through the beautiful Hawaiian practice of La’akea
(loosely translates to Sacred Light). Using love and light, we’ll be returning to our body’s natural state of balance and flow. The session begins with setting an intention for our desired outcome. We explore some
energy work to help us connect to what our energy feels like and collectively raise our vibration.
We then work to cleanse and realign our energy centers by calling in and drawing upon the sacred light. The session ends with a grounding of our energy and return to intention. No prior experience is necessary as Melanie will guide you through each step of the journey.
You may wish to bring a journal with you to capture any insights you may receive throughout the evening.
