Spend an intimate evening with Chef Giovanni & Chef Domenic where you’ll get a firsthand look at some of Pasqualino’s culinary secrets! Each class is hands-on and you’ll be provided with simple step-by-step instructions for making beautiful pasta.
Before we start, you’ll be treated to hors d’oeuvres and prosecco. The pasta you shape is yours to take home. The chefs will also demonstrate a variety of sauces to complement your fresh batch. To cap the night off, the chefs will cook the pasta for us all to enjoy with a glass of wine and, of course, dessert to follow!
Cooking Class I: Gnocchi – Nov 7th or 28th
Cooking Class II: Stuffed Pasta – Nov 14th or Dec 5th
Cooking Class III: Egg Pasta – Nov 21st or Dec 12th
