The Milton Historic Society invites you to participate in their Heritage Education Programs. This session is a part of a 5 part Heritage Educational Series. The series is for individuals who wish to explore a variety of historic topics of a general interest nature.
Guest Speaker: Shannon Kyles has been teaching History of Architecture at Mohawk College for 25 yrs. She is the founder of ontarioarchitecture.com, which illustrates various styles of historic buildings found in Ontario focusing on influences and architecture details. Her approach is to popularize historic Architecture – “make people appreciate wonderful old buildings & they will be more likely to save them.”
