On Wednesday, September 28, the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area will be hosting our Annual General Meeting and a public meeting with municipal candiates.
Join us to get updates about the past year, find out what’s in store for the year to come, and hear from the candidates for Mayor, Ward 1 Regional Councillor and Ward 1 Town Councillor. All candidates for these positions have been invited to attend. Plus, there will be a special presentation by Halton Regional Police on graffiti/tagging prevention.
We’re currently accepting nominations for the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area Board of Management. This is a great opportunity to support and contribute to your local community. 6:00 p.m. – Registration, networking (light refreshments will be available)
6:30 p.m. – Annual General Meeting
6:50 p.m. – Presentation by Halton Regional Police – Graffiti prevention through environmental design (CANCELLED)
7:00 p.m. – Public meeting with municipal candidates
8:00 p.m. – Wrap up
