This month’s Milton Historical Society speaker, Tom Holbrook, comes from Kitchener, Ontario and will share his knowledge of Canada’s canning jars and bottles.

Tom is a retired Quality Engineer who spent most of his career working in the medical device industry. In his leisure time, he has studied and collected Canadian fruit jars for over forty years. Tom will take you back to the days when preserving food meant skill, ingenuity and know-how!
