Milton, ON – With 35 vendors, live performances from six amazing bands, a charity ball hockey tournament and attractions for the whole family, Downtown Milton HolidayFest is the perfect way to celebrate the holiday season!

Visitors are invited to join in the excitement on Saturday, November 27th from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. along Main Street East in Downtown Milton. HolidayFest is a fun, safe way to get into the holiday spirit and connect with your community. It is hosted by the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area (DMBIA) with support from local businesses and sponsors. The Government of Ontario and the Town of Milton are partners in this event.

The Vendor Marketplace, sponsored by Shop Local Milton, features vendors selling clothing, accessories, gifts, stocking stuffers and more. The entertainment line-up includes great local bands playing holiday classics and other popular songs guaranteed to get you dancing.

There will be food options to satisfy everyone at local restaurants and food trucks. Santa Claus will be there all day to chat with kids and take photos.

Other great attractions include cozy fire pits, a spot for kids to write and mail their letters to Santa, outdoor games, light-up displays, festive photo areas, activities at local businesses, give-aways and more.

The Winterhawk’s 2021-2022 U10 AA hockey team is hosting the Winterhawks for Hospice Hockey Tournament at HolidayFest. This ball hockey tournament is open to individual registrants aged 6 years to adults at all skill levels. The tournament supports the Townsend Smith Foundation and the hockey team.

HolidayFest is helping to raise funds and awareness for the Townsend Smith Foundation, a charitable organization working to build a hospice for North Halton. This event is made possible through the generous support of the Government of Ontario, Town of Milton and other sponsors.

Public health, safety and sanitation protocols will be in effect. To help keep everyone safe, visitors are encouraged to socially distance and wear masks at the event. Masks are required where social distancing is not possible.

Main St. E. will be closed to vehicles between Brown St. and Commercial St. for the event.
