Try something unique and different with a friend or group to celebrate International Women’s Day!
Women have been involved in blacksmithing throughout the ages, often working in chain or nail factories. Blacksmith Megan Carter of Armstrong and Carter Iron Works will be the instructor. Come enjoy the experience, have some fun and take your projects home.
The event will be on Saturday March 9th, from 9 am – 5 pm at Waldie’s Blacksmith Shop, 16 James Street.
